I cannot recommend Mindful Eating enough, specifically Philippa who has been attending to me since October last year. I have been to many dietitians over the years in an attempt to lose weight and have been totally unsuccessful. I found their eating plans unrealistic and not practical for day to day life- as well as leaving me starving at the end of the day. I am someone who battles to lose weight so it has been an on going struggle. Since going to Philippa she has helped me to figure out underlying health issues which were contributing to the weight loss struggle. Most importantly she has helped me to view food as fuel for my body and something to be enjoyed and not scared of. I really recommend giving these guys a try- of course you need to put the work in but they make it so much easier for you with their menus, recipes…etc etc the list goes on. I am very happy I found them! Would definitely recommend them!
